ok .........he can back up what he says dude i have worked for derrick and he is one of the better employers i have had and i would work for him again .....his hospitality is far beyond that of any cable dog i know but.........i can still hit more poles a day than anyone i know and have on every job i have ever been on.......oh.....and i am in my 40's giving up several years to most and blind in one eye ......10 yrs ago when i could still see and b4 my neck was broken in an accident no one could even get close ........looking at 37 states now and 11 countries i am one of the best
