I was first a contractor for Mascrap then inhouse for just over a year. But I have standards, and limits on what I will tolerate from ANY company. So I had to take the initiative and be the professional one and ......... gave my notice.
I will never help be the cause for the falling prices for good quality work. Pay me what I am worth or I will simply move on in most cases. However in Mascraps case they need to realize that honest professionals will not tolerate the things I witnessed go on there.
