We met yesterday with the NC Attorney Generals office about fraud and conspiracy charges against NetCom. Not only against Gary Woest and his partner, but indeed against Maura, and others.
Further, a dynamo attorney has steped forward to proceed with civil class actions against NetCom, and ShopNBC, and ProSat. Primary on the Agenda is to get an injuction against NetCom from installing in those prevailing states wherein installers have not been paid. Next, ALL TECHS WHO INSTALLED SATELLITE OR FLAT SCREENS on behalf of NetCom, or ProSat shoud immediately contact all those customers, and advise them that civil litigation is pending, and at your option you should move to place all the liens you can. You should also advise those customers to call PRO-SAT and ShopNBC and complain. ShopNBC will drop them like immediately.
