speaking of knowing your product........................
If the cst has a computer there better off ordering PPV threw DTV website as they get the PPV show on all the (IRDS) not just the one they order from if using the remote. IE start watching the movie in the living room and finish in the bedroom or out on the patio etc...... Also if the cst manages to intermittently unplug there phone lines and manage to fill there card w/PPV orders the (IRD) will give a 301 or 331 code when an attempt to order more meaning the card is maxed and non responding.
