In some cases it probably is laziness , but in a lot of cases it's just a lack of organization. Also supervisors are expected to do more and more. I just started a new gig and it looks real promissing except they are out of this and missing that , ect. Some of these supervisors , I think , are learning as they go. I hope they learn fast. I'm not complaining , I'm happy to be back working. I hope you all get plenty of fiber and I don't mean in your diet.
