Aerial must be minimum 90% bucket access (bucketable, lol!), U/G not a problem as long as the peds are already set or the pay=the bull it takes to put them in. Pay can be no more then 14 days out with no retainer. Long-term prefered but will consider short term if $$$ is right. In return you'll get 18-25 locations/day spliced asthetically correct and to function WITHOUT suck-outs, kinks, and shorts that seem to plague this industry.
