I was wondering is it just a certain group? i.e. hsp's that are required to install phone lines for free. I pull work from a msp and they say to charge for phone line install. I pull work from 3 different retailers and they say they have received no letter from dtv to install phone lines at no charge.
Who is required to install free phone lines?
