question regarding dish network dealers

We were just approved to be a dish network dealer. Now that we're approved ive been hearing a lot of bad stuff about companies going under because of charge backs. I'm sure some of these are due to having techs that do crappy work, but what about the customers that cancel because they find a better deal with some other company or whatever? Is anyone on here a dish network dealer that wouldn't mind giving me some feed back in regards to exactly how often charge backs happen and what are the usual charge backs for, and if you have had any issues with reimbursements or slow pays???
