Is there anyone missing a yellow trailer that held a partial reel of telephone wire?? This would have been in the Galveston/Houston or surronding areas. Most likely it would have occured south towards Galveston. It would have come up missing either Sat or Sun. There also might have been alot of scrap with it, or the scrap would have come up missing at or around the same. May have information relating!!
