not sure I haven't tried it but you can not and I repeat can not diplex an off air-signal with the ka/ku cause the off air and ka/ku have the same band with and all channels will be screwed up. Nothing worse than going to a service call to see that the last tech had no idea of what he/she was doing and the customer looking over your shoulder and asking why you are redoing his whole job and bitting your lip cause you don't want to slam the last tech cause that is so un-proffesonial and don't want the customer to know that sometimes people hire techs that don't know what they are doing,if you do the customer might start thinking well how do I know you know what you are doing, as much as I would like to tack crap about the last tech you just don't do it.
