I fail to agree with you. My mate and I work together everyday. I will give him kudos because 15 years of cable has given him experience I will only wish to have - my 3 years of climbing and chasing contracts only makes my fear of heights less noticeable. We have learned to separate business and personal. If I get chewed on a job, I don't expect him to defend me unless I am right, and same goes for him. We have disagreed about jobs at one time or another, and have worked for different companies at times, but we always find we work well together, and we have a rhythm that others find hard to match. As long as you have the right combination, and ethical workers, any woman can make even the oldest "cable dawg" a better lineman. It's all about the support, trust, and encouragement. It's nice to know that he will have my back, and I will have his. Besides, there are some places I can fit that he can't-hehehehe
