We need something a union or what ever it takes to stop the unnecessary degrading treatment the installer receives from the mso and more often from the prime.The only people that don't want a union are rookies and contractors that are ripping us all off.I have been this biz for 20 years,and if you don't want something to change than you are the one doing the ripping off.By the time you take out all expenses,from your pocket, you are no better off then the average joe working from 9 to 5.And if you don't believe that WAKE UP.
