If U Are A Contractor U Cant Be Union Anyway. Well Even If U Could U Would Be Paying Ur Own Benifets Cause The Company Has To Pay The Union Dues Too. So If U Want To Pay Twice Go Ahead. Also U Need X-Amount Of Employees Within Each Company To Join. So Lay Off Tis Subject. Sure I Get Kicked Off Jobs For Not Being Union , But The Cust Knows Im Not Union And Works It Out With The Electritions Or I Do It After Hours Or Weekends. If Something Happens To My Lines Because Of Vandelism ,The Cust Pays For My Time To Fix It. So Lay Off This Subject , Since U Cannot Be In A Union Alone.
