Affordable GL/CommVeh ins. in Baton Rouge?

I am currently carried on my contractors insurance. My rate for GL/CA insurance is currently 8.25% of gross billing! Ouch!!! I am being told that this is a repercussion of Hurricane Katrina. Any info leading to a cheaper carrier would be greatly appreciated.
