An unfortunate way to learn a valuable lesson. I'm sure it's one you won't forget. However, as one of my doctor colleagues used to say "a mistake isn't a mistake unless it is repeated...." so you had a learning experience instead. Use it wisely, especially in this day and age when disease can kill you. Just my 2 cents worth.
