We have same day service on an outage, we even fix what the sat guy screwed up to restore the data service to the customer. Since were on the subject, when there is a dish and the sub gets data from the cable you guys can't install a diplexer/combiner that goes from 40 MHz to 2350 MHz because the most of the cable companies run the return for the data below 40 MHz.
