I then ran the same line again looking for breaks. NONE found

Our main office runs off the same leg as this customer. Minus a few things. The only difference between our office and her house is one Trunk Amp and two Splitters (Hardline)
The main office is transmitting at 42.
I lack the exp to know what to do. Only thing I can think is either a bad splitter and/or Amp?
I'm currently looking up other customers on this line...
Office seems some what forgetful in putting node info in when creating new internet accounts... :( This makes my job harder..
