Has anyone received retainage payment???

Has anyone received retainage payment from Ervin cable for Katrina storm damage (Charter in Hammond,LA)? It was due 30 days after the last invoice. I finished working before Christmas. All I keep getting is Charter is auditing the system and no one will get paid until after they are finished.
