after personally being on the employer end of the deal 2 times with the fedral and the state labor board. You need not to worry about getting paid. Email me and let me know the situation and i am very confident you will be paid quickly. Unfortunetly I learned the hard way and let me tell you. The laws suck. You can say whatever you want and the burden of proving you wrong lies with the employer. I had 50 employees at my las vegas location with them filling out and signing time cards and i still got hit with 1/2 million in overtime. And honestly, the overtime didnt exsist. you will be paid quickly with 2 phone calls.
