that pay depends on so called lead tech or tech.they decide that by % of installers.only so many can get lead no matter if all are jam up.the pay for lead,52 for first,15.05 there after,21 for upgrades,32 service call.now tech is 43,14.05,20,27.same order as lead.now count out 5 for each non-responders,then the cost of multi-switch for service calls that some jack--- tried to hook up 3 or 4 tvs to a dual ground block.adds up pretty sh---y to me.how about any one else.trust me I'm looking for somrthing better.
