Ever walked into a house that just has the studs and wiring done. Ever see any electical lines ran the same way through the entire house. It used to be they had to run straight up. Now they are daisy chained. But when they go through the studs, they are never at the same height, even in the same house.
I have a 18V Hammer drill by Rigid, I always drill from inside out and I never have a problem drilling through brick. Most of the guys are running around with 12 and 14V drills. But if u drill from the outside in, u never know the height the hole will be. Course, most of the guys probably aren't using wallplates. And they call themselves "professional".
