I worked for them in TN and never had any problems with pay. The management in TN just takes what ever Charter hands them and doesn't stick up for their techs. They expect techs to replace drops for free and other sorts of little things. Other than that, they are good. Rates are decent and pay is always there. If your check is messed up on Friday, it will be fixed by Monday.
