VIP211 is the HD DVR. They also have a 622 which is a dual-tuner HD DVR. However, the second tuner doesn't have HD outputs on the 622.
The DiSH 501 and 508 are the first DVRs offered by DiSH and as part of their introduction, didn't have a DVR fee. My understanding is that they are lease equipment so it might be hard to find them via E-Bay, etc. You might try contacting a retailer and seeing if they can get their hands on one for you.
