Ingress?

Well I'm sure that most might find this amusing and some even puzzling but, my techs have a problem! We are required to use meters that check ingress and we are having some problems doing it. Our meters are ingress capable and I need to teach these guys how to check ingress in laymen terms. Also I am in need of finding more that do so if anyone has input on were to find them cheap the help would be greatly appreciated.
