Back ground checks don't always work, about 4 years ago AT&T East Bay, had an installer that with his brother a failed investment adviser tortured,murdered, hacked up and through the bodies of three people into the delta. Jason Heizer passed his back ground check with flying colors, neighbors said he was a quiet boy that kept to himself.
