That seems like a resonable list to me. I contract for one of the best companies around. I get paid $30 to install a multiswitch, but the pole mounts are free. The poles are provided and all we have to do is ram/jam them. As long as it is done right (and yes you can flatten a standard pole and jam it down 3 feet and be safe, and pole cutters are a must). However, we must concrete a KaKu dish pole the good old fashioned way.
