Amen, we do own the drop and they should leave it the hell alone no ifs ands or buts, I'm about one more vandalized location away from pressing charges and we'll see who owns what. I dont care if they use the in-house wiring as legally the homeowner owns that, but being malicious and intentionally damaging wiring is just wrong and I've had it happen more than once. For one it costs the cable operator money those drops add up in a hurry and with two way services splices are a temp at best.
