Wait a sec, are you convicting the guy without a trial? You nor I know if blannx was actually using drugs. Could be they belonged to a friend who was riding in his car, could be they were his, could be his 1st time using them or his 1000th, who knows, that is for the court to decide not a jump the gun employer. People make bad decisions every day and a lot of those bad decisions are made by good people. It's not fair to deprive them of their sole means of income based on an single accusation. If he had an arrest record of several drug charges, but no convictions then that should be taken into consideration, but for a single charge I'd wait until the trial to make any judgement or take action on the person. If they do have a drug problem and they have been a good employee wouldn't it make more sense to help them overcome their addiction by helping them rather than send them deeper into it by casting them aside?
