Ya same thing here, I went to a job needed over 450 feet of cable, as there were tons of trees around the house, had to put the dish way in the back yard. Told customer that standard install included 200 feet of cable, he would have to pay for the extra 250. He ended up calling dish, who contacted DRS and told my supervisor that the job needed to get done regardless of extra material.... Maybe DRS should have sent out their own tech to do it.
