I agree, work is for work, not for looking at porn. I think he should have either been fired or suspended (which is what he feels the person who put the photos of the underaged girls had intended to happen). Sending him to prison was a waste of space that otherwise could have been used for a person who was more of a danger to society.
The guy has remarried and is a good family man, but he has this conviction that will always be hanging over his head and with more & more companies requiring background checks his opprotunities in the workplace are limited. If it had not been for a manditory background check policy at the HSP I used to work for I would have reccommended him for a job there.
