i would of stopped and helped. I have 7 kids and my oldest is 16, the youngest is 6 and there is not one of them I would not jump in to save their life regardless of age. To see some child on the street screaming for help, how can you walk on by. He would of been confronted big time. God bless those people that did get involved.
