Re: Sick of pay cuts

Seems to me that eventually things should level off. Sure, the hacks do it cheaper, but always seem to be thinned out during slow periods... mostly. Guys like me keep on because my work is quality and they know I can get the tough jobs done. I'm just tired of wondering when and if we'll start to see pay increases that go along with the high gas prices and such. Kills me to think about it.
