Re: Serra Construction

I worked with Jose Serra @1998-2000 for a Mastec/Charter rebuild in St. Louis. I personally vouch for his work ethic- he is an outstanding lineman, very hard worker. All of his crew members (groundhands,trainees,flagmen,temps,etc.) were well trained and professional. I lost track of him since then, I run my own business
in New Jersey now, but he's a good man who won't screw anybody- he's all about a hard day's work and he's fair. Glad to see he's doing well.
