Cable companies are looking for a way to to get their jobs done by biding on the lowest payout of contractors to save money and get quality work at the same time. Therefore that in essence really hurt the true cable dawgs that are used to making good money , now making less money for doing the same thing. My opinion pay a tech for what he's worth.
