PBI is not trying to hide! Go to their website @ http://www.pbicable.com/ and call them or email them to ask them a question. They have about 100 techs in Raleigh and about 50 in Fayetteville. They are also in Orlando, FL. They are a rapidly growing company. They have done install for us for some time now and do a pretty good job of. I have not heard their techs complaining so I can only assume the pay is good and on time. Hope this helps those concerned of their takeover of the Columbia system.
