As a certified installer of both, my honest opinion is this. Direcway, without a T, is not as consumer friendly as Wildblue. Having installed hundreds of both, I have seen that up close and personal. I have NO clue as to what the service call back rate is for my Direcway installs, however I know my service call back rate for WILDBLUE......NONE. I know one thing for certain, the national Wildblue satisfaction rate is 94%. I also know that the Wildblue system may not have all the bells and whistles but they just simply work, day in and day out month in and month out. I am also a proud Wildblue owner.
