ditto on what elf said.
Also be prepared to do lots of work for free, travel 75 - 120 miles 1 way for $40 trouble calls, and be charged back on any job you ever go on(up to 1 full year) even for "customer education" calls because the customer unhooked their receiver and couldn't hook it back up themselves and dish csr's couldn't help over phone to resolve it.
