Looking for a lost Friend

I am calling on all eyes and resources to help locate or determine the condition of a very good friend. His mom called me and said she hasn't heard from him in 3 years. Not like him, but investigation has determined he is not in Jail or Dead. Please help if you can. His name is Bill Dan Moss. He was last known to be doing work for MCI in Dallas/Ft Worth area, designing and installing Fiber. If you have any info that may help, please respond.
