1st bill came, after 2 weeks, seemed way out of whack. So per your advice, I looked the bill over & called to straighten it out. Press 1 for English, so I did. Got them on the line, can't understand hardly anything. Seriously, worse than usual. (I KNOW I pressed 1.) So I say; "Let me speak to your union representative." They say "No legal. No union."
