With the company I work for no other company will do service calls on our jobs. We had all customers up and going within 3 weeks of last years hurricane Dennis.
We have an agreement that a free pole mount includes no quickrete and no buried drop. Believe me I have done enough free pole mounts for other companies that require quickrete and buried drops, so in this case the customer gets what they pay for.
