About a year ago I came across a form that seems to be issued from DirecTV. It has a lsiting of all custom work and charges (not to exceed). Here is a quote on some of the prices;
WALLFISH - 60
POLE MOUNT REMOVAL DIG - 65
POLE MOUNT REMOVAL CUT - 20
POLE MOUNT PER CUSTOMERS REQUEST - 75
SIDEWALK BORE - 35
ETC...
At the bottom of the page it says copyright 2005 DIRECTV unpublished work. all rights reserved. Revised 02/02/05
On the right of ther page it says Page X Version 1
Has anyone seen this form? If so, is there a newer version out there?
