Yes Indeed They Say This Helps To Have Certs But I Always Get Certs For Whatever Comes Out Then I Dont Renew Them Unless Im Forced Into It But Then Most Times You Can Get Who You Work For To Pay The Fees To Update Cause That Makes You Both Look Good!!!!
