Thats a great story, it is nice to have a good working environment where you are happy, treated well and, make money that is what we all want, believe me. Being able to empathize is important. And, you do not have to be a yes man to be successful, just keep your promises. You should always under promise and over deliver, then you will never be the type of position that allows you to be taken advantage of. It is those who tell people whatever they want to hear to get the contract who are ruining things for everyone else. Maybe just keeping that in mind will change the Industry for the better?
