ok he needs 3 lines I would run 4 lines down to a ground block 3 for the sat and 1 for the oa if need more than 1 oa line take that to a splitter then diplex this is like intro to sat 101. now by running the 4 lines down if the customer ever wanted to up grade to more receivers you already have the 4 lines that would be needed for a 4x8 or 6x8 switch just have to diplex the oa up at the dish and most oa come with a diplexer thats rated for outside use.
