You guys have been in this business so long the true definition of words have been lost. Contractor, sub-contractor, or employee is not how an individual is labled. These terms only apply to describe the relationship between 2 partys. A contractor and a sub-contractor are the exact same thing, companies. Its just the relationship between 2 companies determines which is the sub-contractor and which is the contractor.

I urge you to check the US Dept of Labor and the IRS to confirm when I say there are only 2 different classifications. Contractor or employee. Thats it.
