If you read the letter closely they are selling Bruister & Associates Inc. (a Mississippi corporation) to Bruister LLC (a Delaware limited liability corporation organized by Anderton Family Enterprises LLC, I'd be willing to bet that someone in the Anderton family was one of the "Associates"). Letter say's Herb sold his shares to the employees stock ownership plan and that Herb will be one of the "managers" of the new Bruister LLC.
My opinion is that nothing will change (except for maybe some former employees possibly lossing any holdings they may have been entittled to), for the most part it's all just a paper game to create some tax loopholes and hide who is really making all the money. Ol' Herb as I understand it has major control (directly or indirectly) in 6 of Directv's 12 HSP's. I don't think he would willingly let go of any of them. In other words no matter what dummy seems to be talking, Herb is still the ventriloquist.
