If you really need to know? I was not the "sales" company invovled on this deal. He does have a new Oval 3 LND Dish but that is not my problem as I am only the service tech fixing another installers problem.
I went through and brought the install up to SBCA standards: Compression fittings, proper grounding, proper alignment of Dish. As I said prior, I do not sell systems. I am strictly a installer / service tech.
Now if you like you can come up here to Montana and do the sales
Now can we get back to the original question / problem?
