Re: Phone Lines

Dunno the answer to that, because i dont run phone lines for free!!
Only time I have run a phone line is when Im able to charge the customer for the wallfish. I dont know if this is something im not supposed to do, but I tell every customer I can install the lines for free but there will be a $30 charge for the wallfish for each line. Most customers choose to sign off they refused the phone line on my work order. I also make the customer sign a paper that eliminates me from any responsibilty to the phone system. I dont care if DTV or Bruister doesnt like this but if I do cause a problem with the phones I let the customer know up front that they will have to call the phone company to fix it. Im not willing to roll back out on something I wasnt paid on to begin with. If DTV feels the phone lines are that important, why the f#ck dont they send the people wireless phone jacks via the mail?
