Why not let the industry turn into a bunch of hacks?

Maybe thats what it will take for these companies to realize you get what you pay for. I for one wouldnt mind doing all the crap they want us to do, if they were to provide me with ALL the equip necessary to do the job. Im just not willing to break even on a job. My wife & kids wont let me work for free. Maybe some of these primes can come to my house every week & cut my grass for free.
