Every year when Spring Break rolls around the fuel prices go up. Same with the beginning of the Summer vaccation season and most every holiday when people do a lot of travelling. The oil companies justify raising the rates saying that the peak demand of the holidays & vacction times put a strain on their refineries and reserves. In my opinion it's just a BS excuse for them to jack us up at the pumps.
